What is Qwibik One?

Qwibik One is an organization operating system for teams that need CRM, commerce, finance, operations, and collaboration in one workspace. Each organization gets its own workspace with role-based access and modular apps.

How do I create a workspace?

Sign up at one.qwibik.com, verify your email, and follow the workspace creation flow. You can invite teammates during setup or later from workspace settings.

How do I invite teammates?

Workspace owners and admins can invite members from People & Teams. Invited users receive an email link to join the workspace with the role you assign.

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you sign in with Google or another provider, manage your credentials through that provider instead.

Billing

How do trials and billing work?

Paid plans, usage limits, invoices, and payment methods are managed in your workspace billing area. Trial availability depends on your plan and region.

Where is my data hosted?

Qwibik One is built for multi-region operations. Your workspace region and data handling details are shown in workspace settings and our privacy policy.

Can I export my workspace data?

Workspace admins can export records and reports depending on the modules in use. For full account or deletion requests, contact support@qwibik.com.

How do I connect integrations?

Open Integrations in your workspace to browse the marketplace, authorize apps, and configure sync or webhook settings. See the integrations documentation for provider-specific steps.
